Meetings are held on the second Friday monthly at 2 pm in Hayes Village Hall except the Christmas Meeting on 14 December
At the monthly meeting there is a flower arranging demonstration by a NAFAS demonstrator; a raffle of the floral arrangements is then followed by tea and biscuits.
Members are encouraged to bring along a floral art exhibit, for the competition, which they have arranged beforehand [except when we have a National (N) demonstrator].
